Lead identification and commercial plan definition
Supernovae Labs will define with the Startup a complete commercial plan that meets the real needs and objectives. Supernovae Labs for this activity boasts a broad knowledge of the target market, in terms of target customers and competition mapping.
Commercial plan execution
Once the Commercial Plan has been agreed, Supernovae Labs will carry the Commercial Plan out, helping the Startup in achieving the defined objectives, providing periodic KPI Reports achieved, through the activation of contacts between startups and financial institutions and companies present in the commercial database of Supernovae Labs, the organization of one-to-one meetings with decision makers, follow-up activities, the visit plan and the feasibility assessment of the collaboration.
Suppor to Use-case definition
Supernovae Labs will support the Startup in identifying and defining the best usecase for collaboration with potential customers interested in the solution. In addition, Supernovae Labs will give to the Startup the necessary support for the presentation to potential customers, collecting feedback for the next steps.
Support to POC definition
The creation and realization of a POC is one of the most delicate activities in building a relationship with a bank and for achieving the contract.
Supernovae Labs offers its skills and knowledge to accompany the Startup during the entire organizational process: from the ideation of the POC to its execution, facilitating the relationship with the potential customer
The Project Management activity offered by Supernovae Labs begins with the phase of support for the identification of the POCs, passing through a fine-tuning and market pre-tests of the identified POCs, and then proceeds to the collection and analysis of the results obtained, up to support for subsequent operational steps that can lead to Go-to-Market.
Support to Pilot definition
Supernovae Labs offers its skills and knowledge to accompany the Startup during the entire organizational process, from the ideation of the pilot to its execution, facilitating the relationship with the staff of the potential customer. The support in terms of Project management and the coordination of the activity provided by Supernovae starts with the support for the identification of the pilot, to move on to market pre-tests and to the fine tuning of the identified pilot; based on the analysis of the pilot results, Supernovae Labs will provide support for the definition of the subsequent operational steps necessary to bring the solution to the market and to end users.
Support for the creation of Full-scale offers
Supernovae Labs will support the Startup throughout the process of creating a complete offer until the contract is signed, also providing legal consultancy services for the final conclusion of the contract.
In particular, Supernovae Labs will support the Startup for the definition of the economic and contractual conditions, supporting it in all the negotiation phases and providing legal advice and on compliance and regulation aspects.
